MANAGING PARTNER

Before last May 2017, when he joined as managing partner of the family practice SAEZ PARGA ABOGADOS, founded in 1985, he has been working as a Partner in the Procedural Law Area of the Casals Abogados practice, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, and belongs to NOMOS INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM European international network of legal practices. He has done most of his professional work in over fifteen years at the firm firstly in the administrative law department and then in the procedural area, taking part in advice and in arbitrations and litigation in both civil and judicial review law and in such diverse sectors as telecommunications, energy, banking, IT,
pharmaceutical and real estate, to which several national and international clients belong.

He will also continue to support other departments in the practice in view of his multidisciplinary profile as a result of his general training after several years of preparing competitive examinations for joining the Civil Service-Lawyers Body and Lawyers of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia. He is a law graduate from the University Abat Oliba CEU and graduate in Comparative Business Law from the
Haarlem Business School in the Netherlands.

He also works in teaching as an associate professor tutor at the UNED distance university in the faculties of Law and Criminology, and has been a speaker at several specialised seminars on the rules for regulated sectors.
